Well I was pulling for my homeys on the Falcons. I actually had dinner with the Atlanta Falcons Cheerleaders once. Well okay, technically I was just in the same restaurant as a bunch of them at the same time, but still, I felt a closeness, and a warmth, and yes, dammit, a tingliness.

I wasn't glued to the set for the whole game, so maybe that's why this year's crop of commercials didn't really seem too impressive. Like, I know I missed the new Jerry Seinfeld American Express commercial. I saw frogs and lizards and dalmations and a mouse, though.

Animals are always funny. They make me laugh. HAW HAW HAW HAW! But somehow, it still just felt kinda hollow...

the commercial for "the wild wild west" was pretty neat. apparently it's about a large robotic spider that nukes saloons and bordellos and the like.

Lotsa movie promos. "Wild Wild West", starring Will Smith, looked pretty cool.

The sentiment at work seems to be that the "Paper or Plastic" Budweiser commercial was the best. Oh, and a lot of folks liked the lobster, too.

He's supposed to be suave and debonaire, strong and silent. Not adjectives to describe Will Smith.
