I'm about to embark on making a newsletter. Do any of y'all have experience with any newsletter-making software?
And before ya go saying "Do an online/e-mail newsletter, it's cheaper and blah blah...", I'll be doing that, too. But people need to know about the thing before they can ask to receive it, see... and not everyone has e-mail access (40% of the population does at the moment, studies say).
So, I'll be doing one the old-timey way, on PAPER (gasp), and it's being distributed in stores 'n stuff. Any ideas?

Alot of people use WordPerfect, MS-WORD 97 or Star Office to put together some pretty sharp looking departmental and company newsletters. That's about all I've seen used lately.

Yeah, Word 97 will do some nifty things. And, sticking to the Microsoft camp, I'd also recommend MS Publisher as a simple but nifty tool.

I'd have to agree, never used publisher though. But Word can do some nice things.

Publisher-DEFINITELY-the way to go. It is really easy to use and has that nifty task wizard for when you just don't feel like being creative.
