As seen in TIME magazine, June 26,2000
It seems this guy named Ian Clarke in London has come up with a way for you to become an anonymous "node" or host data files - no central server - no sign on - no trace info. I went to check it out, but did not download yet because I have no FLIPPIN idea what the hell you need to do.My technical knowledge is limited, but it looks a bit more involved than I have the resorces for.

Hmmmm... if it works, it would sure beat the inconvenience of an off-shore datahaven.

Yeah, but it also depends on everyone sacrificing their own personal PC resources for the Greater Good of the Community... and we all know *that* will never happen.
