Thanks to rorschach, I've learned that I *do* kinda sorta have a domain name thingy kinda sorta.... meaning, if you really hate entering all those meaningless NUMBERS into your web browser, you can alternately get here by typing:
http://beinfong.cm.neosoft.com
(sic! sic! It really is beinfong, with an 'o')
And, as yet another shining example of the idiots I've been dealing with at Optel/Phonoscope, my email account with them is listed as:
beinjang@neosoft.com
(sic! It's really beinjang, with a 'j')
My next set of business cards are truly going to be interesting.

Hey, maybe they could use a top-notch customer service manager there...
So, uh, anyone know a top-notch customer service manager?

I love the smell of customer satisfaction in the morning. Smells like...
...Quality.

Ror.. The smell is a combination of Snuggle (tm) fabric softener and thinly concealed apathy.
"Two great tastes that taste great together!" (tm)
Homer.. Wow...you memorized the manual really well! (smirk)
