Good catch!
The ReadNew was pulling up messages newer than your last login date and time (mm/dd/yy hh:mm:ss am/pm), whereas the Message Forum STATS were counting messages newer than your last loginDATE (mm/dd/yy) (with an implied 12:00 am).
Now it's fixed.

Fang-o: I discovered today that editing a post drops you at a place where you can't 'continue read all.' I had to go back twice to get to the original thread, and then do continue.

Homer: Yeah, I'm aware of that "feature". I got around it in the old system by opening a new window for the "edit". I suppose I could do something like that again...

also, i have noticed that the new date twiddler doesn't list the last say five logins for you to choose from (i have a hard enought time remembering what day today is much less the last time i was here....)

I would like to see each message receive a "score" [Arbitrary use of quotation marks, 5pts.] based on arbitrary rules determined by Committee [Arbitrary capitalization of a noun, 5pts.], then applied automatically by the software.
The user with the highest score during "sweeps week" gets to rename the board and/or demand tribute from the other users.
And of course, I'm not wearing any pants. [Use of catch phrase, 10pts]
