Am I the first to see this movie? Or just the first to comment on it?
The first hour and a half was rather cute and entertaining. The ending was rather, um, er,...well, without giving away too much, let's just say it is keeping in line with other recent space movies like "Armaggedon" and "Mission to Mars". Intriguing premise and fun build up to a very predictable and unreasonable ending.
And to any of you who have seen it: Did the very last scene just plain creep you out?

I want to see Space Cowboys, because Clint Eastwood can do no wrong, and Donald Sutherland can do no wrong, so together they can do twice as much no wrong.

As evidence against this theory, I give you Eastwood's _The Rookie_ also starring the fabulous Charlie Sheen and Sutherland's (i have so many to choose from) _Virus_ with Jamie Lee Curtis.
As evidence for, the only other collaboration between the two, _Kelly's Heroes_.
