I whole-heartedly endorse the Macally iOptiJr. optical three-button wheel mouse.
Why? Because it's tiny, it's lightweight, it emits a cool reddish glow through its transluscent body, and I got it cheap. I've tossed it across the desk a few times, and it doesn't complain. It has interchangeable color 'jackets,' and if you pull the jacket halfway off, it looks like a beetle. One of the jackets is a creepy shade of green, and I admire companies that offer a creepy choice of color. Heh.

My cell phone is a creepy shade of green and I'm rather proud of it.
Since this is a Mac mouse, I won't be using it. But I'll admire YOURS next time I'm over.

Actually, you probably could use it. It's a USB device and the generic USB mouse driver'll probably run it.
I have a Logitech optical mouse and it glows red through the body, too. No interchangable covers, though.

What's a Mac user going to do with all those extra buttons?

It's to satisfy their button-envy.

Gowan, post that link about the gazillion-key keyboard, for people that don't like to hit "shift" to make caps....

Here's a hint:
If it comes from BBSpot.com, it's probably not real.

I prefer to get the digested versions of everything cool through FARK.Com although I still dig memepool on occasion.

Fark rules. I love some of the comments. Especially under the news items marked "Amusing" (such as the current one "Dead cow in Chicago river evades authorities"). Good schtuff. Oh, and the "PhotoShop this Picture" contests. Those rule!

my farc link don't work... I suspect it has something to do with "taboo" websites being blocked around here...
